Key Responsibilities
- Oversee timely GST filing and return submissions
- Manage financial records using Tally ERP
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual return filing
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage invoices/payments
- Generate advanced reports using Excel tools like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.
- Ensure full compliance with Indian financial regulations and tax laws
- Prepare and present financial statements with management
- Stay updated with accounting standards and taxation rules
- Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and GST filing
- In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
